A New Beginning Support Services was founded as an extension of A New Beginning Adoption Agency by Stephanie Pearl, whose lifelong mission was to ensure that every individual and family feels supported, empowered, and heard—no matter where they are in their life journey.

What began as a focus on the adoption triad—adoptees, adoptive parents, and birth families—has grown into a wider commitment to person-centered care for all families and individuals seeking support. Today, our support services offer a broad range of programs including individual counseling, family counseling, play therapy, adoption related therapies, support groups, peer mentoring, and community-based rehabilitation services (CBRS), creating safe spaces for healing, growth, and connection.
